I can't believe you still act like that system works. Do you just ignore the fact a claim holder can just deny your appeal without a single spec of evidence? I think the only people that are still fooled by these synthetic responses are yourselves.
I'm no youtuber, but this policy seems like it hurts more than it helps. I've seen so many negative things from content creators about your new policies and NOT A SINGLE GOOD ONE. Make sure you arent just making rules that you feel like are important, listen to the community.

How about you review the copyright claims in the first place and give the creator the reason when and why the video was claimed. If not then shut the site down and everyone will find something else.
