I did that a little while ago and I tried everything else such as turning of the WiFi and turning it back on, restarting my iPad, nothing is working. Thanks for the info. Could you try switching networks to check if that helps? Also, try using Incognito mode to check if that makes any difference. Let us know.

I only have Safari and I don't have Google Chrome on my iPad and I don't know what incognito mode is.

I did just that but it is still not working. It still has the circle circling constantly and I also tried Youtube on one of the iphones and the problems are still the same.
