Yeah, I sent them the video. They said "it's out of our scope. Send feedback and the engineering team will look at it. Use your phone in the meantime." When I push for more help, they start over again. This is infuriating. I shouldn't have to use my data/battery.

And because this isn't a widespread issue, that I can tell, it's not going to be a priority for bug-fixing. In the meantime, I'm paying for a premium YouTube experience. Why would I continue to pay when the basics of said website aren't functional?
