Something odd going on with YT lately, that's happened before. Losing subs immediately after videos go live every time now. Ever single metric/analytic stat is trending down. Realtime 48 hour stats is literally half of what the average has been the last year. @TeamYouTube
Fluctuation in your subs count is normal. We regularly remove spam subs or it's probably viewers unsubscribing & subscribing to your channel normally. More info here: https://goo.gl/croiE1

As I said, I know fluctuations are normal. This is not a normal fluctuation. Last few videos, I've lost subs the instant a video is published live. When you go from averaging 75-100+ every day, to suddenly losing subs on every upload, something is off.

Weekly view stats for the past 6 months. Steadily above 100k views per week, some way higher. Then all of a sudden it drops by more than 50% ? That isn't a fluctuation.pic.twitter.com/xM0tlqKExb

7 Month stats on weekly new subscribers. Averaging 400+ every week, some weeks doubling that. Then after the new year, less than 1/3 of that, all of a sudden?pic.twitter.com/rR3kg8VcL7

I’m in the same boat. Q1 is always a testing phase for new YouTube algorithms. Just ride the wave my friend

The graphs all look the same with comments, likes, shares, view duration. minutes watched, even dislikes. All suddenly a 35-50+ % decrease, just "all of a sudden"
