Now the video is in 4K thanks for the support. I use Mac and Windows, it happens everywhere even on the phone but I do not know if you understand that the problem is when I load video and not when I watch videos.

We got you. Note that higher resolution formats render more slowly. Hence, the availability of HD may take a bit longer than other resolutions. We are working to improve this. Appreciate your continued support.
