@YouTube If a video game says the game can be used to stream in a commercial way as long as it isn't specifically to listen to the music, is that covered under fair use?

It does not help. The game clearly states it can be used but the automated system picks up the song and blocks all countries. I've spoken with a few other youtubers who say when they contested it, they got a strike. Its a big concern since I intend to upload more gaming videos

The sharing restrictions screen states it can be used as long as it isn't solely for the song. Since its a lets play series, its not for a 3 minute song, its for the hours of content after that. its like telling a child its okay to spend the $5 you gave them then scolding them.
