@TeamYouTube Why do you guys persist on adding videos of youtubers we are subscribed to in our "Recommended" feed? We go to "Recommended" to see things that are not from our subscriptions. #sortyourshitout
Recommendations are automatically selected based on a variety of factors. Have you tried marking them as 'Not interested'? Here's more on managing your recommendations: https://goo.gl/UZ23BD . Hope this helps.

(1/4) So instead of just changing your algorithm to exclude a users subscriptions you expect users to do it for you. I'm no programmer or anything but it seems way simpler to alter the algorithm. "include user subscriptions in recommended=false".

(2/4) The reason why I have not used the "Not interested" feature is because I worried that i will magically be unsubscribed to said content creator. You know... you guys do some weird shit. Seriously, just exclude subscriptions from the recommended feed.

Have you tried clearing your watch & search history as this may influence your recommendations? Here's how you can clear the search history: https://goo.gl/Sq43HM and here's your help for watch history: https://goo.gl/Kvmuis . Let us know how this goes.

(3/4) If I wanted to see more videos from my subscriptions, i would go to their channel - easy as pie. You just making it so that we get less recommendations from other channels. Which means a lower chance other channels are getting their videos recommended.

(4/4) Hell, I even got my own video recommended to me once. I appreciate it...but seriously. But, thanks for the response even though it was of no help.
