That's strange! Could you please try Uninstalling the app > Restarting the device > Reinstalling the app? Let us know if it fixes things for you.
Appreciate your efforts in fixing this. Can you make sure your device is running the latest OS? Also, try switching networks from WiFi to mobile data and vice versa to check if that makes a difference. Keep us posted.
