Why does my @YouTubeTV app get super fuzzy when watching sports while watching on my Apple TV? I’m on @googlefiber with the router in the room upstairs.

That's odd! Does this happen across devices? Have you tried signing out, restarting the device and signing back into your account? Also, try these troubleshooting steps: https://goo.gl/h7RGYz . Let us know if that helps.

Just on the Apple TV. Will play fine, then drop to fuzzy screen while playing for about 5 minutes then back on. Test network and it gets 250+ mbps. But when streaming YoutubeTV, it’ll drop to 0.5 during those times.

Thanks for all that info. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app often fixes most of the issues. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for confirming. Could you try switching to an alternate Internet connection and see if that makes a difference? Keep us posted.

I only have 1 internet connection at my house. It’s through
@googlefiber. Your app is the only one that gets fuzzy while using. All other apps have no problem on a 250+ mbps connection.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -
It is always this blocky and fuzzy. It usually has problems clearing up and getting to HD.pic.twitter.com/PKvdmPBIoF

Appreciate your efforts. We're working on a fix. Meanwhile, you can manually set the resolution on the channel you're watching, but when you change channels you will need to manually set the resolution once again. Let us know if you have any questions.
