Hey there, thanks for reaching out. We've checked and are able to see all videos dated back to a year. To confirm, do you see this happening across devices/browsers? Also, could you try reinstalling the app & restarting the device to see if it makes a difference? Keep us posted.

Looks like I’m not the only one as others are saying the same. The Android phone seems fine but the iPhone app is what appears to be causing the problem.
