@TeamYouTube why aren't my streams hitting sub boxes? The whole point of having subscribers is that they find out when I post a new video or start a stream.

Thanks for reaching out. Just to confirm, are your subs reporting that they haven't received notifications or that the videos didn't appear in their subs feed? Any screenshots from your subs would help us look into it.

Unfortunately I won't be able to get any screenshots, but essentially streams aren't showing up in their feeds or in notifications.

Hmm, could you ask your subs to check their bell settings for your channel and see if they've opted-in to receive all notifications? They may be on the default setting, which is to receive notifications occasionally. Here's a guide to help check that: https://goo.gl/giVA8o

Most who I have asked already stated they didn't get notifications, even those who have turned all notifications on.
