@TeamYouTube having issues with our video not processing. Tried 2x last night and 12 hours later still at 0%. Just tried again and same problem. No settings have changed from our normal uploads. Any backend issues?
We'd like to help. To confirm, have you tried reuploading the video from a different device? Also, could you try switching networks to see if that helps in fixing the issue.

Did try those! We resolved the issue with a re-export on another machine. Seems like PPro 2019 is having more issues. Thanks for the reply!
