@TeamYouTube We've had trouble logging into our YouTube account for over a year now. We have the login and password but don't have access to the 2 factor auth. It was backed up on a former employees personal email. We need help accessing the account please!

We have tried on many different platforms and devices with no luck. I have attached the screenshot. When we send the verification code it is going to a email that doesn't exist. We have gone through old email accounts as well to see if it went there with no luck. We are so close!pic.twitter.com/B4Qv7UgqIr

I have also tried "try another way" but we don't have a phone number as a backup so it simply says unable and puts me through the form. We have been trying to access this company account for over a year with no luck. Would really love to get help and maybe a password reset!
