@TeamYouTube Every since I received a strike back in August my channel memberships and other perks have been disabled and the problem still hasn’t been resolved. It’s been months following the strike and these perks still haven’t returned.

That wasn’t the problem originally. The problem was me not being able to access my perks after months have gone by.

If you're referring to 'Channel Memberships' feature on your channel, you'll need to be a part of YouTube Partner Program to be eligible for Memberships. Here's more info: https://goo.gl/5xb92m . Hope this helps.
