Literally used 2 seconds of @ArianaGrande’s ‘problem’ in a video and @UMG have claimed the entire thing. It’s ridiculous! Is fair use not a thing anymore?https://youtu.be/CzIhkLXKFx4

Thanks for letting us know -- we've seen similar examples (and concerns) and have passed them along (so will send yours too). In the meantime, you can appeal if you believe the claim was made in error.

Hey back, sorry for the delay! One of the ways to resolve this copyright strike is to file a counter notification -- more info here: https://goo.gl/oyHhBq Also, you can follow us, so we can DM and share more details!

I already follow so a DM would be useful. Apparently the counter notification is for copyright strikes? I’m dealing with a third party claim not a strike. Thank you

This is for if the video is taken down after you appeal, you can then file a counter notification. Basically it goes Dispute > Appeal (if dispute rejected) > Counter notification (if appeal is rejected). Hope that makes sense. We'll also DM you contact info now.
