@TeamYouTube Hello there! We are actively reformatting our channel so we can reapply for monetization in a couple of weeks. I just recently changed the custom channel URL to http://youtube.com/c/boobearkids and am being redirected to a 404 page not found error. Does this just take time?

Hello there, could you try removing the custom URL and claim it again to see if it fixes things? Let us know how it goes.

I tried this. Deleted the existing custom URL and adding it again. Still getting a page does not exist. Does it just take time for the DNS to transfer? I've never run into this problem when changing custom URLs. Seems to happen instantly.

Actually he error when I attempt to remove the link says “unable to remove link right now. Please try again later”. Is this due to me changing it already today? It’s nowhttp://Youtube.com/c/BooBearKidsTV

Thanks for the info. We've passed this along to the Creator Support team to look into it. You'll receive an update via email when there is one. Appreciate your patience in the meantime.
