Dear @TeamYouTube, I want to make a video commentary/review of a video posted by a large channel (2.5 million subs). It might include a small parody. I want to examine, discuss & critique the info presented. How can I do this without getting a copyright strike/claim? @YTCreators

It doesn't help. I had a video used for class (educational use) in which I sampled & altered a Chopin Waltz adding beat & notes & got a copyright claim! If someone claims my content & I dispute it I've to pay legal fees I can't afford, to contest. Please clarify review/commentary

If I make a video critique/review/commentary/parody of a large channel's video, what prevents them from claiming my content? If I contest, I have to be ready to pay upfront legal fees that I can't afford. Please advise/help.
