Hey thank you so much! we have gotten the video back up, but the quality is on 360p and it used to be on 1080p, is there a way to get back the quality again without re-uploading it again?

We've just checked and seen that the quality of the video is available upto 2160p. Can you please see if it's still otherwise on your end? If so, please share the video URL and we'll take a further look.
