Hmm, have you tried using a different device to contact them? Send a screenshot of your "Status and features" page: https://goo.gl/FFqv9P . Also, we see the screenshot in your last tweet shows your email & since this is considered private info, we recommend deleting your tweet.

Thank you youtube this issue has been resolved...I am now able to contact support...also thanks for the advice about deleting the tweet If any issue springs up further I will let you guys know :)
