@TeamYouTube I’m part of a family group youtube premium and i cannot access my youtube premium ad free. Talked to care twice and nobody could help me. Very bad customer service !!!

That's definitely odd. Just to confirm are you signed in to the right account? Also, did you try using another device to see if that makes a difference. Keep us posted.

Yes, i did both of them. I’m trying since 4 days and haven’t gotten any help with this issue from support. Dontypu have better tools to determine if i have access or not instead of me going through this hassle. Such a bad service
