@TeamYouTube I’m getting several comments that my latest video was not coming up in my subscriber’s notifications. It would explain the lower than average performance. Damage is probably already done, but HELP!https://youtu.be/j31Z7PLXqsk

Could you make sure you've selected "Notify subscribers" under advanced settings while publishing your videos? Also, you can ask your subs to check their settings here: https://goo.gl/T1T4kC . Hope this helps.

Not helpful. It's selected, and I'm getting flooded with comments about it. I've never seen my realtime views go up hour by hour like this, usually its a huge surge the first few hours then gradually goes down. This is because for whatever reason, my subscribers were not notified

Understood. Could you have your subs check their account and notification settings to make sure they've opted in to receive *all* notifications? Also, could you check if they have 'Push and email' selected under advanced settings: https://goo.gl/VjLrAV ? Keep us posted.

I can’t ask all 550,000 subscribers. This was the time it happened in 180 videos, and resulted in a huge anomaly in view counts as I stated before, associated with tons of comments and DMs stating the video never showed up in their feed. Something broke. Hopefully doesn’t repeat!
