Sorry for the confusion, Jason. If you would like an account specifically for guests, you could utilize our family sharing program and send an invite to an email specifically for any guest to use. You can find more info on setting up a family group here: https://goo.gl/RQdVHU

Thanks for getting back to us. Once a family member is added, there shouldn't be a need to install the app each time. All family members will have their own separate login credentials. If you'd like to follow us, we can DM you to help get everything sorted out. Let us know!
