@YouTube heads up, your smart TV apps no longer respect user settings. I've opted out of all auto-play everywhere I can, but you continue to auto-play a random list of music videos if I watch through your official smart TV app on Samsung devices.
That doesn't seem right. Just to confirm, have you tried resetting the YouTube app on your TV? Here's how: Click on the gear icon> Click Settings> Click Reset App. Hope this get's resolved.

Resetting, uninstall+reinstall, same issue persists. Any music related video ignores the user's explicitly set autoplay settings. If I had to guess, this has to do with your YouTube Music back end messing with the autoplay setting in YouTube apps.
