We haven't received any reports. Are you using an Android/iOS? Also, please switch your network from WiFi to mobile data and vice versa to check if there's any change. Keep us posted.
Thanks for the info. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app updates to see if that helps. Also, make sure your device OS is updated to the latest version. Let us know how this goes.
