@TeamYouTube is it possible to get community guideline strikes on private videos that aren't ever shared? as in the uploader is the only one who could ever watch?

It's interesting that a strike can be issued on a private video. How would a private video be deemed against community guidelines? Assuming it isn't shared with anyone there isn't a way for violating content to be reported in the first place, right?
