Update. I deleted the 1st one reuploaded. Then got a claim here. Spent half of yesterday & all day today watching it stuck at processing. Tomorrow will be the 3rd day for one video. Why does the processing take so long for less than 50 seconds of music?pic.twitter.com/Ex5im4EAMZ

That's odd! Video processing shouldn't take longer than a few hours. Since you've already tried reuploading the video and you're waiting for the processing to be completed, let us know if signing out and signing back into the account or using a different device helps.

I think I should have better explained, b/c of processing after an upload & processing of removing a portion of audio. The processing of the audio finally finished but then said couldn't remove it. I'm trying to "mute" the portion now & it's processing. This is the 2nd time.

Understood! Could you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using a different browser/device? This often help fix such issues. Let us know if that does the trick.

Day 3 woke up to find this after processing to mute music (c pic). Day 2 tried removing song, failed, so had to process. Last night tried muting portion, I see this when I wake up. As you can see below "song erase failed" but before going to bed I clicked the "mute" option offered in the yellow bar. Clicked mute portion, then started processing went to bed. Woke up this is the result. It's offering me to "mute" again? I'm so confused.pic.twitter.com/6QWeeajXOb

I just re-listened to the portion claimed now. It DID "mute" 15:06 - 15:50 zero audio now which I'm fine with. Although there's still a claim now on that portion? I'm confused? Is there a blip in the Matrix? I'm so confused.pic.twitter.com/LEv2cUEoyR
