That's strange! Could you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps? Also, try using Incognito mode as well. Let us know if this helps.

We noticed that you shared your email addresses over screenshots publicly to help with your issue. Since emails are often considered private information we'd recommend deleting the tweets. (2/2)

I will delete the tweets once the issue is resolved. Please let me know what else I can do, or if there is a tech support person I can talk with on the phone. It would be easiest if I could share my information with someone securely thru a phone call. If not we can keep tweeting

We currently don't have phone support available. Have you tried using Incognito or Private browsing mode on desktop yet? We strongly recommend it. Keep us posted.

Appreciate the info. Just to confirm, were you transferring your YouTube channel to a brand account? It's possible that the channel might've deleted in the process. Let us know and we'll look into it.
