@TeamYouTube My iOS app is acting as if it is in restricted mode, but it being switched off in settings. I’ve tried switching it on then off again & redownloading. This doesn’t happen on other devices under the same account, and other accounts don’t have this problem on app
We'd like to know more. Have you already tried uninstalling the app, restarting the device and reinstalling it to see if it makes a difference? Also, are there any available OS updates on your device? Let us know and we'll do our best to help.

Yes, I’ve tried that and I have updated to the newest version and neither have worked. This has been going on for a few days and is only for this specific account on only his device
