@TeamYouTube What happened to that feature where if someone commented a timestamp, clicking on it would take you to that point in the video. Now clicking on a timestamp, in my experience, just takes you to the start of the video. Why is that? What happened?

Have you tried clearing the browser's cache & cookies to see if that fixes the issue? Here's how: https://goo.gl/e2dYZt . Also, on your Android could you try uninstalling and re-installing the updates for the YouTube app? Let us know if that fixes the issue.

Yeah, I've had multiple laptops and phones since I first had this happen so I kind of accepted it as a feature. Just wanted to make sure that clicking a timestamp won't take me to that point in a video anymore
