Ok so i just found out that it was infact already connected to another google account. Can i somehow copy all my subscribed channels, playlists, liked videos over to my regular account? I did the "download your data" but how do i upload it to my other account?

You won't be able to automatically transfer data/videos from one channel to another. You can manually re-upload your videos to a different channel. Hope this clarifies.
