@TeamYouTube I'm having a problem on my iPad that the volume will randomly go to Max volume for no reason, only happens on the YouTube app

That's strange. Try uninstalling the app, restarting your device and reinstalling the app. It often fixes these issues. Let us know if it does the trick for you!

I’ve been able to reproduce it consistently by tapping in the top-left corner of the screen. Problem is, that’s where my thumb often when rest when holding the device. I can’t talk for Android, but it’s happening on my iPhone and iPad.

No updates are available; I’m on the latest versions of both iOS (12.1.1) and the YouTube app (13.47).
