Sure. For about a month now, going to https://www.youtube.com/feed/subscriptions … has resulted in Error 400 (Bad Request) "Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request." Whether I go there directly or click on the Subscriptions tab on the main site, same effect.

Chromium Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) Arch Linux (64-bit) - this is the only device I use YouTube on. Since you ask, I've checked, it does seem to work on my Windows laptop on Chrome 70.0.3538.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)
