@YouTube I am very unhappy that I am not able to e-mail support. The monetization on my channel was turned off about a year ago. I now have 1200 subs and 4800 watch hours. Why is it now reenabled? Why can't I email support?
If you want to send email to the support, you need to be a part of YPP. Monetization is re-enabled as you've met the new eligibility for YPP i.e., 4k watch hours and 1k subscribers in the last 12 months. Also, share screenshot of what you see on this page: https://goo.gl/TksRne
