Thanks for the report. Could you check with your subs, is this happening for desktop, mobile or email notifications (or all of the above)? Also, check with your subs if they've chosen to receive *all* notifications and not the *occasional*. Keep us posted.
Make sure you select 'Notify subscribers' under advanced settings when you publish your videos. Also, are your subs reporting that no notifications are sending or that your videos aren't showing up in their subs feed? Keep us posted with relevant specifics and screenshots.
