I am not following you as well. FYI. There was an update for Apple TV. I updated it. I then uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and there’s no change.

So you know, my internet speeds are 500mbps up and almost the same down. Every other app works fine. Netflix. Prime Video. Etc. it is just your app. And I timed it. Took 5.5 min for the HD quality to appear. When I change channels it happens all over again.
