Does anyone know why a YT upload would finish upload/processing a vid at a fraction of its actual length? We upload a 20 min vid, but YT shows it as 4 mins. I've tried everything. Any ideas @TeamYouTube?

That's odd. Have you noticed this happening across devices? Does it show the same duration in the video manager too? Also, could you share the video URL so that we can take a look? Thanks.

Hey thanks for getting back! Here's a link to the video, after the third try, it uploaded in its entirety. This is actually the second video where we've had this issue. I only ever upload from one PC stable wifi etc.https://youtu.be/JUcR6r0PJQo

Note that processing time depends upon various factors like video format, file size, Internet speed, and upload traffic. Let us know if you face similar issues in the future.

Definitely aware, but an hd mp4 is pretty standard format. It's not a matter of length of upload, more that it finishes and only displays a fraction of the video.

Hmm. To help the right team better investigate, can you send a feedback report from the device/account having the issue? Steps here: https://goo.gl/WdI0BK . You may not receive an individual response back, but the details will help us identify and fix any issues, thanks.
