Thanks for trying. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app updates to see if there's any difference(please note that you'll lose your offline saved content by doing this). Also, please check if it's the same when you switched network from WiFi to mobile data. Keep us posted.

Did that, didn't work, used my other Google account and it worked . So , its just my main account. I downloaded YouTube music and all my playlists are there. Idk?
