and when I sign out of youtube on Google Chrome, it looks fine, but signing back in does nothing but make all that disappear.pic.twitter.com/HNivuKi5e6

I've tried different browsers and computers. It only seems to be my account specifically that is doing this as I've asked multiple people to try YouTube and it looks fine for them. Oh, and my phone uses iOS.
