Full story: I have had a Play Music subscription for years. It has always included YouTube Premium. When this issue happened, I reported a problem and instead of explaining the situation to me, I was sent a refund and my subscription was cancelled. (1/2)

(2/2) I only mentioned a refund as a last resort in the event the content of the description was being changed without notifying me. So when I heard back from you that it was a bug that was being fixed, I purchased my subscription again. Now I don't have Premium.
