@TeamYouTube When i livestream in portrait mode it still displays in landscape with black bars on left and right side i am streaming in 1080x1920 resolution with OBS studio. When i record and upload the video it works, if i live stream it, it doesn't work. How do i work it out?

That's strange! Do you see this happening while streaming from multiple browsers? Keep us posted.

I'm not quite sure I understood your question, can you elaborate? Here's an image of my obs settings atm 720x1280 output and on youtube you see 1280x720 output (with black bare to fill the screen) so i want to achieve portrait but still getting landscapepic.twitter.com/xDxHy5LnVc

So, in my conclussion, currently if I stream the video LIVE it's landscape, but when I finish it and it becomes an uploaded video it becomes portrait. My question is why isn't it portrait from the beginning?

Yes I've updated to the latest version but it still happens. It would be nice if someone can test this out because it may be a bug that should be fixed. How should i proceed? Just test it out, tell me what happens

That's odd, could you file a feedback report with these steps: https://goo.gl/1ckkO5 ? We review all the feedback sent to us, but YouTube doesn't necessarily respond to every single one. We use the info to identify and fix issues, as well as track requests and make improvements.
