@YouTube hey so did you guys unbundle Google play music subscriptions and YouTube premium or am I just encountering a bug?

I've tried it on my Razer phone (Android 8.1, security patch July 5th), as well as chrome on my desktop (windows 10). No updates are available for anything, everything is signed into the correct account. I just wasn't sure if you were discontinuing bundling the 2 services or not.
