WTH is happening in @youtube all the videos I've watched are coming back on my homepage. Now almost all videos on my hp are videos I already watched. Something wrong with your system youtube.

Thanks for the report. You can remove recommended content(videos you've already watched), by selecting "Not interested" on your home page. Doing this influences how YouTube suggests videos to you in the future. Here's more: https://goo.gl/1xZ6Wn . Hope this helps.

It's been a week youtube, I've done what you said, and it's still like that. Videos I just recently watched come back in my homepage. It doesn't even recognize any video I've already watched. Now my homepage is empty. Why is this?

That's definitely odd! Try clearing the cache/cookies of your browser and checking it on Incognito mode. It often fixes these issues. Let us know if it does the trick for you.
