Sorry, I understand that annotations is an old-ass product that you don't want to support anymore. I'm concerned about eliminating credits, which a lot of people put a lot of work into to give people proper credit. There should be a way to preserve that work.

The 'use case' would be old videos now missing important content.
Well yea, obviously no one's using annotations now that we can't create them. Did you expect people only to watch old videos that still use them?
