Ours too. I'm not into it. I feel like one of my ears isn't working

What device are you using and it is a specific show or network that this is happening on? Is it on live, DVR and VOD content? We're here to help!

Roku ultra, tried reinstalling/re-adding the channel. Watching NBC Sports Boston, live. I really don't watch enough DVR or vod content to comment there. Watched football all day yesterday on CBS, fox, NBC with no issue

Thanks for the info! To clarify, is it only this one live event on this network that you're having this problem on? Have you checked for any updates on your Roku device? Let us know!

It happened a couple of nights ago on the same network. Haven't noticed it on other networks. It's only during commercials and only some commercials. It's like one audio channel is muted. No update to Roku available

To clarify, you're able to enjoy the show with no complications but every time a commercial comes on, the audio tracks are completely out of sync and its only those commercials is that right?

It's not even that they're out of sync - one of the audio channels just isn't broadcast. Example: Amica commerical with two your basketball coaches and you can't hear the coaches saying "high off the glass. That's deuce baby! Deuce!"
