Great so what do I do then? Says to update it to my new location but get the same error. 
Hey Alejandro, sorry you're having a problem with this. When signing up for YouTube TV, you sign up from your home. If you don't sign into YouTube TV from your home area at least once every 90 days, you get this problem. Hope it helps!
