@YTCreators hi, quick question regarding live streams. I finished one last night and it still hasn’t shown up in my video manager. Is this common or should I be looking into it?

Hi there! YouTube can automatically archive your live stream for you if it's less than 12 hours. If your stream exceeds 12 hours, it may not be captured at all. Let us know if it's otherwise.

It was just over 2hrs long so that shouldn’t be the issue. I streamed twice yesterday and the first stream went straight into my video manager after I ended it whereas the second hasn’t shown up at all yet.

Thanks for the info. Have you tried signing out of your account, restarting your device and signing back in? Let us know if that makes any difference.

It’s the same on both my iOS app and the web browser I use on my computer so not sure if that would make a difference

Hmm, that's weird. It's likely in the Video Manager, but missorted. Have you tried searching for the event in the Video Manager by the name or video ID? Let us know!

It’s not there either. I used a website called Restream for both streams yesterday and the picture has the details of the stream. There’s just no trace of it on my channel

Understood! Could you please send a feedback report directly from YouTube with these steps: https://goo.gl/WdI0BK ? While every individual report may not get a direct response, we do review everything and use the details to investigate and fix issues. Thanks.
