@TeamYouTube I'm not sure why but I can't seem to click on the "I understand and wish to proceed" button on videos that are inappropriate for some users. I haven't had this problem ever and now I'm having it. I'm using my same account too.

I cleared the browser and that didn't help. Incognito mode did nothing. Chrome worked normally. Firefox is what I have been using that has problems. I also notice on mobile, if something is age restricted it won't show me other videos, just comments.
