@TeamYouTube Hi there, i'm having an issue with a video that has been uploaded around 8 hours ago, and still hasn't got better quality than 360p. The video was uploaded at 1080p. Is there a way I can force the encoders to fix this video?https://youtu.be/n76bxLpyMCU

Hi there, videos with higher resolutions may take a while to be processed to higher video playback quality after being uploaded. If you prefer to wait, you can upload the videos as unlisted and publish them once HD is available. We're working to improve this, thanks.

Hi there, thanks for the reply. The video in question has now been uploaded for 24 hours and still doesn't have better quality options. Is there any way you can check if theres a bug at your end before I have to delete and reupload an already published video... Thanks.

Just to confirm, have you tried re-uploading the video to see if that helps fix this issue? Keep us posted!

I tried to reupload with a different name and it threw an error saying "duplicate video" - so unless I delete the other one first I can't even reupload it. Can you force the part of the system that gives me better quality options? As I say, the video was uploaded in 1080p...

Hmm, seems like a transient issue. Try deleting the previous upload and re-uploading it. If the issue persists, let us know and we'll take a further look.
