Hmm, could you try resetting the YouTube app on Roku: Go to Settings > Reset app. Let us know if this helps!

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble. Could you try uninstalling the YouTube app and reinstalling it to see if it fixes the issue? Also, try on an alternate network. Let us know if it makes a difference.
