We'd like to know more. Have you tried resetting the YouTube app on Roku? Here's how: Go to the YouTube app> Settings> Reset app. This usually clears things up. If that doesn't help, send screenshots our way and we'll take a further look. Thanks.

There’s nothing to take a screen shot. It airs the commercials just fine. 30 sec into a show app crashes.

Hmm, we'd recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the app which mostly fixes the issues. Let us know if this helps!

Did that. Also signed in/out of the app twice. Has done it on live and DVR. Multiple channels.

I pay for YouTube TV so we can watch NCAA football and other shows. Fam cannot do that today while we’re all at home.

Mind sharing more info on what exactly happens when you try to watch it? Sharing some screenshots (if any) could help us get to the bottom of this issue. Keeps us posted.

Can’t share a screenshot. Pic freezes or we see an hour glass then it’s gone. Returns to Roku home screen. Removed app twice.
